Fairview Heights, IL The #5 Lawrence Technological University women's bowling team competed in the Team Match Games Bowling Tournament this weekend. The women earned a fifth-place finish out of 13 teams. LTU put up scores of 887, 965, 958, 947, 966, and 892 finishing with a team score of 5615. The team finished with a final score of 3919 in the baker bowls ended with an overall team score of 9534. 

The top Blue Devil was Sydney Clark who came in 8th overall place. Clark posted scores of 223, 246, 171, 191, 204, and 179 finishing with a final score of 1209. She averaged 201.5 per game.

Laurin Prebelich was a couple of places behind Clark, coming in 13th place. Prebelich bowled a 164, 187, 236, 206, 214, 167 for a total score of 1174, averaging 195.6.

In 16th place was Victoria Giardina with a final score of 188, 209, 175, 202, 175, and 205. Giardina's final score was 1154 with an average of 192.3.

Rounding out the top-50 was Rachel Iha coming in 49th place with a final score of 783.

Daniella DeCruydt finished in 58th with a final score of 658, and Bailey Gipson in 60th place ended with 637.

The next Blue Devils event is Saturday, December 4th when they will compete in East Lansing, Mich for the WHAC 3 - Royal Scot Lanes. This event will begin at 9 AM.
