CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Lawrence Tech University Women's Bowling team continued their strong 2025–26 campaign with a 2nd place finish out of 11 teams at WHAC #2 Great Lakes Open, hosted by LTU on Saturday, November 1 at Imperial Lanes.
The Blue Devils totaled 5,505 pins across three traditional games and four Baker sets, averaging 177.58 for the day. Junior
Kaelynn Weber (Tonawanda, N.Y.) led the charge with a 549 series (214–167–168), landing just outside the top 10 overall.
Amelia Adams (Jr.). followed closely with a 543 series, showing consistent form throughout the tournament. Senior
Kayla Zygmontowicz (Warren, Mich.) added a 544 series on the day, contributing to a well-rounded team effort.
The LTU JV team also earned a strong 2nd place finish in their division, further highlighting the program's depth under Head Coach Jon Putti.
