Men's Lacrosse Upsets #2 Keiser, 7-6

Box Score West Palm Beach, FL - The Lawrence Technological University men's lacrosse team competed against #2 Keiser University on Friday afternoon. A game that was a back and forth type of contest led to LTU coming out with the upset by a final score of 7-6

How It Happened: #2 Keiser 7, LTU 6
Keiser took the lead 1-0 just minutes after the face off.
Just over a minute later, LTU jumped on the board after a Ryan Fluery goal that came from Ryan Pastorino.
With 8:38 left in the first, Maveric Muscat gave the Blue Devils a 2-1 lead.
Eli Lozinski made it 3-1.
The Seahawks scored seconds later by Jack Weilandt.
Right before the period ended, Keiser tied things up a three a piece.
LTU would go scoreless in the second period on six shots. 
Keiser took the lead at the 6:25 mark to go up 4-3 entering the locker room.
Both teams stayed disciplined on the defensive end in the third period.
The first goal in the third came with 3:48 remaining after a Seahawk goal.
LTU was down 5-3 going into the last period.
31 seconds into the fourth period, Clayton Hauff and Grady Holmes gave the Blue Devils some life as they tied the game up at five.
After a Tehaluntasele Cornelius goal, LTU was able to regain the lead back 6-5 with 6:18 left to play.
With a man-up advantage, Lozinksi sniped his second goal past the goalie to give his team a two point lead.
Less than one minute later, Keiser cut their deficit to one.
LTU was able to hold it down in the final seconds to upset #2 Keiser by a final score of 7-6.

The next Blue Devils matchup is on Saturday, March 26th when they travel to Indiana Tech University at the Warrior Athletic Field in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This game will begin at 4 PM.
