Augusta, Mich - The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad headed out to Stonehedge North Golf Club for the WHAC Preview Tournament. The Blue Devils shot a team score of 322 in round 1 on Stonehedge North Golf Club, finishing in second place. The Blue Devils move on, to play Siena Heights in round 2, who took third place in the first round and shot a team score of 330. The Blue Devils beat Siena 4-1 in round 2.  

Leading the way for LTU in the first round was freshmen Alix Schickele (76) which she took fourth place in the first round. Right behind Schickele, fifth year senior Julia LeFere (78), placed fifth. Placing 10th was freshmen Tanawan Vetchayanvivat (80).

Junior Ella Smith (88) and freshmen Cadance Beuckelare (89) also contributed to Lawrence Tech's score. 

In round two against Siena Heights, Alix Schickele, Julia LeFere, Tanawan Vetchayanvivat, and Ella Smith all won their matches. 

Complete results are not yet available. The Blue Devils will play in round 3 Tuesday morning.
