West Branch, Mich - The Lawrence Tech men's golf squad hosted 7 schools for the LTU Blue Devils Classic at The Nightmare and The Dream Golf Course. The Blue Devils team A shot a team score of 308 on the opening 18 holes of round one and shot a team score of 291 on the second round of 18 holes. Finishing in first place after day one with a combined score of 599. The Blue Devils Team B shot a team score of 320 on the opening 18 holes of round one and shot a team score of 316 on the second round of 18 holes. Finishing in forth place after day one with a combined score of 636. The teams that competed in the LTU Blue Devils Classic are Madonna A & B, Aquinas, Rio Grande, Indiana University-East, Wayne State, Lake Superior State, and Grace Christian.
The third and final round will start on Tuesday.
Leading the way for LTU was senior
Bruno Vicente shooting 73 in round one and 72 in round two finishing off his day with a score of 145. Vicente also took first place in day one. There was a three way LTU trio that tied for third place. Graduate student

Martin Wing (78 + 73 = 151). Right behind the trio was senior
