YORKTOWN, Ind.--The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad opened its 2023-24 season on Friday at the Players Club Invitational hosted by Taylor University. The Blue Devils shot a team score of 331 on The Players Club at Woodland Trails course, finishing in sixth place after the opening 18 holes. The second and final round started at 8:30 a.m Saturday. The Blue Devils shot a team score of 321 the second round, with a combination of both days a score of 652, finishing in fifth place after the last 18 holes of their trip to Yorktown, Indiana.

Northwestern Ohio took the lead with the team field of a 618 combined scores from both days.
The Blue Devils will head out to Ottawa Lakes, Michigan for the Lourdes Invite on Thursday September, 7th to play on Legacy Gold Course.
