BURTON, Mich.--Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference East Division top-seed Lawrence Tech will advance to next weekend's MCHC Vezina Cup after defeating No. 8 Adrian, 14-1, on Friday and No. 4 Michigan, 4-1, on Saturday at the Crystal Fieldhouse. The MCHC East Tournament was hosted by Michigan-Flint.
The Cup final four is set for Friday and Saturday, Feb. 23-24 at Patterson Ice Arena in Grand Rapids, with West #1 Hope playing East#3 Oakland in one semifinal (7 p.m.) and East#1 LTU versus West#3 Calvin (8 p.m.). Friday's semifinal winners will meet on Saturday in the championship game.

Division 3 by the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division 3 poll, improve to 24-4-1 on the season, tying the program record for victories in a season set by the 2022-23 squad that went 24-6-2.

The Blue Devils went 3-for-8 on the power-play and killed off all five man-advantage opportunities for the Bulldogs, who drop to 5-18 on the season.

Owen Przybylo (9-1-1) got the win after making 33 saves, including all 18 he faced in the third period to keep UofM off the scoreboard.
Aaron Loch stopped 26 shots for the Wolverines, who drop to 18-8-1.
