BROOKINGS, S.D. -- The Lawrence Technological University men's track and field team earned bids to the National Championships in multiple events.
Luke Droz, one of two athletes for LTU to be in multiple events, ran a personal best in the 1000m prelims at 2:31.42. However, this time did not advance him to the finals.
Griffin Armbrustmacher, the other athlete in multiple events, ran a 1:57.08 in the 800m prelims.
The best finish of the day also included Droz and Armbrustmacher, in the DMR. The team of
Hunter Assenmacher,
Camron Krebs, Droz and Armbrustmacher finished 12th with at 10:13.22.
Connor Uppleger was scheduled to run the 3000m, but did not finish.
