AUGUSTA, MIch. - The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad hosted all 12 WHAC schools for the WHAC Tournament at the Sronehedge Golf Course. LTU played round 1 and 2 Monday, shooting a team score of 311 in round 1 and a team score of 315 in round 2, finishing in second place. The Blue Devils played round 3 on Tuesday shooting a team score of 311 finishing in second place.
University of Northwestern Ohio took home the WHAC title.
Leading the way for LTU was freshman
Tanawan Vetchayanvivat (75+76+74=225), finishing in third. Following Vetchayanvivat is freshman
Alix Schickele (77+77+75=229) finishing in fifth place and senior
Alanna Makarchuk (80+81+82=243) finishing in tenth. Freshman
Cadance Beuckelare (79+81+84=244) finishing in 11th place and junior
Ella Smith (84+82+80=246) finished in 17th place.
That will conclude the 2023-24 women's golf season.
