LIVONIA, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced their end of year men's lacrosse All-Conference awards.
Headlining junior Grady Holmes was selected as midfielder of the year after leading the Blue Devils with 66 points. Holmes scored 46 goals and had 20 assists in 12 games played. Grady also had 44 ground balls and 9 caused turnover this season. Holmes is also the only member on the Lawrence Tech roster that made first team All-Conference.
One member from each WHAC team gets chosen for the Champions of Character Award. The recipient of this award best represents the five core character values: integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership. This year, sophomore Eli Gerhart was chosen for this award.
The Blue Devils received 7 honorees for All-Academic Team. To qualify for the All-Academic Team, players must be sophomores, juniors or seniors and carry an overall GPA of at least 3.25.
