AUGUSTA, Mich. - The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad hosted 4 schools for the LTU Shootout at Stonehedge from Stonehedge Golf Course. LTU played round 1 on Friday morning.The Blue Devils shot a team score of 340 on the opening 18 holes, finishing in first place. Lawrence Tech took home the win as they shot a team score of 327 in round 2, finishing in first place.
Leading the way for LTU was freshman Tanawan Vetchayanivat (82+79=161), finishing in first place. Following Vetchayanivat was freshman
Alix Schickele (84+80=164), freshman
Cadance Beuckelare (91+80=171) and senior
Alanna Makarchuk (83+88=171) finishing in eighth together. Freshman
Gretchen Ullrich (95+88=183) also competed for the Blue Devils.

Mia Hengel (106+119=225), competed individually.
The Blue Devils will be back in action on Wednesday at the Lourdes Spring Invite at the Legacy Golf Course in Ottawa Lakes.
