AUGUSTA, Mich. - The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad hosted the WHAC Preview Monday and Tuesday, with the Blue Devils leading the way after day 1 on the Stonehedge North Golf Club Course. The Blue Devils shot a team score of 308 in round 1 and 321 in round 2. Round 3 was played Tuesday morning with the Blue Devils shooting a team score of 306, securing their first place victory.
Leading the way for LTU is sophomore
Cadance Beuckelare (75+81+74=230), finishing in second place, and sophomore
Tanawan Vetchayanvivat (80+74+77=231), sitting in third place. Following Vetchayanvivat and Beuckelare is senior
Ella Smith (81+78+78=237), in fifth place, freshman
Claire Hollingsworth (78+88+77=243), finishing in 11th place, and freshman
Alivia Kolenda (75+90+86=251), finished in 16th place.
Sophomore
Alix Schickele (84+83+80=247) and senior
Alanna Makarchuk (85+88+88=261) both competed individually.
The Blue Devils will be back in action Friday as they host the LTU Fall Invite at the Farmington Hill Golf Course.
