THOMPSONVILLE, MIch. - The Lawrence Tech women's golf squad opened up their 2024-25 season hosting three schools for the LTU Collegiat Kickoff, LTU A team played round 1 and 2 Tuesday, shooting a team score of 333 in round 1 and a team score of 326 in round 2, finishing in first place. The Blue Devils dropped down to second place after Round 3 on Wednesday, shooting a team score of 342. LTU B team shot a team score of 363 in round 1 and a team score of 360 in round 2, finishing in fourth out of fifth. The B team stayed at fourth after round 3, shooting a team score of 349.
Leading the way for LTU A team was sophomore
Tanawan Vetchayanvivat (78+81+84=243), finishing in second. Following Vetchayanvivat is freshman
Claire Hollingsworth (82+82+84=248), finishing in fifth, freshman
Cadance Beuckelare (91+84+82=257), finishing in eighth, senior
Ella Smith (89+79+92=260), finishing in ninth. Sophomore
Alix Schickele (84+85+92=261) also competed for the Blue Devils finishing in 14th.

Alivia Kolenda (90+89+81=260) finshing in ninth place. Liza
Bogard (90+85+91=266), senior
Alanna Makarchuk (93+89+89=271), freshman
Mackenzie Jordan (90+97+88=275), and sophomore
Gretchen Ullrich (97+98+99=294) also all competed for the Blue Devils.
Sophomore
Mia Hengel (100+111+102=313) competed individually for the Blue Devils.
The Blue Devils B team will be back in action on Monday for the Adrian Invite at Tecumseh Golf Club. As the A team will be back in action on September 15-17 for the Keiser Seahawk Sailboat Shootout at the PGA National Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Flordia.
