OPELIKA, Ala. - In a highly competitive field, the Lawrence Tech University Women's Golf team, also known as the Blue Devils, sits at a commendable fourth place at the LTU Spring Break Invite held on March 12, 2025, at the Grand National GCS in Opelika, Alabama. The team finished with a total score of 345, a noteworthy achievement amid a diverse array of competing schools including Dalton State, Cumberlands, Doane, UT Southern, Faulkner, St. Thomas (FL), and Oakland City.
Among the standout performers for Lawrence Tech was sophomore
Tanawan Vetchayanvivat who impressively sits in the 4th position with a score of 77. Other notable performances came from freshmen
Claire Hollingsworth (88), sophomore
Alix Schickele (89), sophomore
Cadance Beuckelare (90), and senior
Ella Smith (95). Additionally, competing individually were freshmen
Liza Bogard (88), senior
Alanna Makarchuk (89), and freshmen
Alivia Kolenda (91), who all contributed to the team's strong showing.
