LIMA, Ohio. - The Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils concluded their tennis season with challenging bouts at the WHAC Conference Tournament Championship in Lima, Ohio on April 23, 2025. The Blue Devils, competing against the University of Northwestern Ohio Racers, faced off in a series of tough matches that marked the end of their 2024-25 season.
The women's team faced a tough opponent and were unable to secure a win, losing 5-0.
Isabella Aray stood out by clinching a victory in her singles match, winning in two sets, providing a silver lining to the team's efforts. However, the doubles teams struggled, with
Claudia Calabuig and
Jacqueline Alcocer, as well as Paola Herrera and
Isabella Aray, facing defeats.
Miriam McCormick and
