WHAC Preseason Polls for the Fall Season Released

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - With the fall season just around the corner, the WHAC has released their preseason polls, and the Blue Devils earned top 5 spots across the board for both mens and womens soccer and womens volleyball.

Securing the fifth spot with 91 points, the Lawrence Tech Women's Soccer team enters the season firmly planted in the middle tier of the conference. Armed with defensive discipline and relentless work rate, the Blue Devils have built a culture capable of taking down anyone in the WHAC. Starting in the top five gives them a strong foundation, but this squad has its eyes set much higher—ready to turn those tight, hard-fought matches into crucial points that will propel them up the standings as the season unfolds.

Holding strong at number four with 91 points, the Lawrence Tech Men's Soccer program comes into the fall ready to establish itself as a true WHAC powerhouse. The Blue Devils sit just behind the traditional top tier, giving them the perfect vantage point to strike and disrupt the conference order. Driven by sharp tactical play, physical toughness, and an ambition to push for a top-three finish, this group views their preseason ranking not as a peak, but as the baseline for what promises to be a statement campaign.

Earning 60 points to claim the fourth rank, the Lawrence Tech Women's Volleyball team enters the year in prime position to disrupt the conference's elite. Standing tall right behind the lead pack, the Blue Devils bring a dangerous blend of explosive net play, gritty back-row defense, and high-energy chemistry to the floor. With the point totals across the top of the poll remaining so tightly contested, LTU has all the tools needed to close the gap, make noise in big matches, and climb straight into championship contention.
