NAIA Top 25 Poll
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- The Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University men's tennis team continues to sit at No. 20 in the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Tuesday.
Lawrence Tech (13-3) went 2-0 since the last poll release including a win over No. 23 Indiana Wesleyan University 6-3. The Blue Devils received 143 points, seven more points than they had in poll No. 3.
Georgia Gwinnett continues to sit at No.1 with 374 points and an 18-0 record on the season. Xavier (La.) remains at No. 2 with 361 points followed by Keiser (Fla.) University at No. 3 (351), Campbellsville (Ky.) University at No. 4 (336), and University of Northwestern Ohio rounds out the top five with 327 points.
Others conference teams mentioned this week include Aquinas (Mich.) College who is the top team receiving votes with 80, two shy of No. 25.
Lawrence Tech is back on the courts Tuesday, March 27 when they take on NCAA DIII Albion (Mich.) College at 4 p.m. in Albion, Mich. First serve set for 4 p.m.
