NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. – In a remarkable display of academic and athletic dedication, the Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils women's lacrosse team has once again stood out, with several team members being recognized as part of the 2025 IWLCA Academic Honor Squads, while the team making the IWLCA Honor Roll.
This year, Lawrence Tech University is proud to acknowledge the outstanding academic achievements of seven student-athletes from diverse fields of study.
Hannah Dean, a senior in Biomedical Engineering;
Carmen Foster, a junior in Media Communications;
Hannah Huebner, a senior in Civil Engineering;
Mari Pellmann, a junior in Biomedical Engineering;
Alaina Smythe, a senior in Biomedical Engineering;
Jocelyn Vander Zwaag, a junior in Mechanical Engineering; and
Morgan Waligora, a junior in Nursing, have all earned positions on the honor squad through their hard work both on the field and in their academic pursuits.
The recognition by the IWLCA Academic Honor Squads highlights the dedication of the Blue Devils to not only competing at the highest levels of college lacrosse but also achieving excellence in the classroom.
