Dirlam was named All-WHAC four times, including First Team Honors in 2014, 2015, and 2017. He was also part of the WHAC Academic All-Conference Team in 2016 and 2017. Dirlam was a two-time NAIA Tournament Qualifier and achieved NAIA National Scholar-Athlete status in 2017-18. Upon graduating from Lawrence Tech in 2018, Joshua held the record for the lowest season score (72.8) and career score (75.0). During his time with LTU, Dirlam recorded 216 career birdies and helped lead the Blue Devils to a 2nd place finish in the WHAC Championship in 2017-18.
